perception and reputation of SC lacrosse through the development of top
talent to drive the recruitment of SC players by the highest caliber
collegiate teams.
TP Goal: Since its inception in 2005 Team Palmetto has
been dedicated to offering South Carolina and Southern Georgia High School
lacrosse players the opportunity to play in regional tournaments, with the
goal of attaining regional respect among their peers.
TP Promise: Two things: you will be a better team player
and learn valuable life skills to be a better young man as a result of your
association with Team Palmetto.
TP Commitment: All players and coaches selected must make
a commitment to all practices and tournaments.
TP Coaches: Team Palmetto will operate as a not-for-profit
arm of the SC Chapter, and will be led by coaches who are not current high
school or college coaches in SC, but who have prior coaching and playing
experience at the high school and collegiate and post-collegiate levels.
Eligibility: The team is open to all 9th, 10th, 11th and
current 12th graders that are in South Carolina or Southern Georgia.
Players MUST be nominated by their coach.
